The College Planning Conference for Parents and Guardians
The Annual College Planning Conference for Parents and Guardians provides Parents of Middle and High school children with resources to plan, organize and navigate through the college planning process.
Unlike most college planning events, the target audience for this conference is Parents and Guardians.
To prevent the potential spread of COVID-19, the next conference will be in 2021 . More details to come.
We will continue with the scholarship application process so we can award scholarships to deserving students for the Fall Semester. ** The deadline for scholarship applications have been extended to July 9th. **
OUR CONFERENCES ARE ENGAGING AND INFORMATIVE
This one-day, yearly conference offers a broad range of interactive workshops covering a variety of topics — presented by well-selected groups of college planners, counselors, and financial aid experts.
Students whose parents attend the conference have received over $40,000 in college scholarships.

Scholarships are awarded to the high school students and current college students of conference attendees, courtesy of participating businesses and individual donors. To be considered for one of these scholarships, please fill out an application form.

How We Run Our Conference
We believe that parents make the difference in their children’s motivation and interest in attending and graduating from college.
Once parents/guardians arrive at the conference, they are treated like important guests – receiving breakfast and lunch, a chance to visit with exhibitors and conference sponsors, win raffle prizes and attend college planning workshops.
